Full pre-payment is due 90 days prior to arrival date. We accept personal checks, money orders or cashier's checks.  We are sorry, at this time we do not accept credit cards. CANCELLATION POLICY We hope you don't have to cancel, but if it happens: For a deposit refund (less $100 fee) cancellation is required a minimum of 90 days prior to arrival date.  For cancellations received within 90 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained.  If the unit can be re-rented a pro-rata refund will be issued.
